Torbalı Dairy Plant Process Water

A 1,200 m³/day RO system supplying quality water for CIP and boiler feed.
At Ege Dairy Products' Torbalı plant in Izmir, we installed pre-softening, UF and a two-pass RO system because of high hardness and silica in the well water. CIP cleaning and boiler feed water are served by a single system.
The system automatically archives water quality records for food safety audits and trips the line when conductivity exceeds its limit.
