Quality starts with every part that touches water. In production we use only food-grade materials suitable for contact with water for human consumption: polypropylene filter housings, stainless steel pump heads and food-grade seals.

Product testing
Every home unit passes a 30-minute pressure and leak test before shipment. Membrane modules are sampled for salt passage and flow; results are archived by serial number. Industrial systems are pre-commissioned at the factory and handed over at the customer site after a performance test.
Laboratory
In our Gebze laboratory we run TDS, conductivity, pH, hardness, turbidity, chlorine, iron, nitrate and COD analyses. For microbiological analyses we work with accredited partner laboratories.
Warranty and assurance
Three years on home units and two on industrial systems, with a ten-year spare-parts commitment. Warranty terms can be downloaded from the Catalogues and Certificates page.
