Bursa Dyeing and Finishing Plant Wastewater Reuse

At Marmara Dyeing and Finishing's Nilüfer plant we built a multi-stage system of physical-chemical treatment, MBR and a UF/RO line. Water stripped of colour and salt is reused in dyeing processes.

The plant cut mains water intake by about 520,000 m³ a year, saving 38% annually on water and discharge costs.
